Candidates should possess at least two years of experience building websites with and without WordPress, along with proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, SASS, PHP, JS, WordPress, and overall creative web design skills, including the ability to follow brand standards. Familiarity with MySQL, Git, XML, Drupal, and Joomla is desirable, and experience with React, Angular is considered a plus. A general understanding of programming and a willingness to learn new skills are also required.
The Full Stack Web Developer will develop effective user interfaces on client websites using WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and other LAMP Stack CMS platforms, working closely with Graphic Design and Consulting teams to build websites based on provided mockups and troubleshoot issues. They will also create innovative solutions to web design problems, develop custom themes and plugins using PHP, and provide a customer-friendly, consultative approach by directly communicating with clients and developers via phone and email to solve problems effectively. Additionally, the developer will support and learn new techniques, stay on the cutting edge of web development, and occasionally adjust their schedule to cover meetings or calls with staff and clients in Australia, New Zealand, or the US west coast.
