Bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg
Optimaliseren van de afstemming met cliënten, familie en zorgprofessionals
Afstemmen van complexe zorgvragen binnen het (multidisciplinair)team
Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en vertalen deze naar concrete acties
Fungeren als vraagbaak, coach en kwaliteitsbewaker binnen de afdeling
Werken overstijgend en ondersteunen van het zorgteam waar nodig
