Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 1 Year of related quality experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support quality control activities including incoming inspection, In-Process, and Final Inspections; and product validation/engineering testing
  • Inspect incoming materials including custom drawing components, purchased parts, labels, tooling, and documentation in coordination with leadership, production, and warehouse teams
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Conduct inspections at various stages including In-Process (cleanroom or manufacturing) and Finished Goods (final inspection, rework, or returns)
  • Support training activities, First Article Inspections, engineering and quality testing, and specification reviews under management guidance
  • Use inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, vision systems, and torque testers as required
  • Manage daily priorities to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time
  • Document inspection results and review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Initiate quality actions such as QT/NCR for non-conforming materials and follow proper containment and disposition procedures
