Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • AI-first mindset, using AI to understand requirements, build complete test cases, and create automation for front-end and back-end testing
  • Ability to perform engineering duties using AI to develop Work Item tests, Regression tests, Smoke tests, and Health checks
  • Proficiency in scripting and executing automated test cases, including load/stress testing, and occasionally manual test cases
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automation for QA across multiple products aligned with sprint cadences
  • Ability to import, debug, and correct issues in existing automation scripts
  • Capability to work independently while supporting the QA and overall engineering team
  • Flexibility in daily assignments to cover for team members in a small group
  • Skills in identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions for recurring issues, bugs, defects across products
  • Experience working with Engineering teams to integrate quality into the SDLC

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using AI for Work Item tests, Regression tests, Smoke tests, and Health checks
  • Script, execute, and maintain automation for QA across all products per sprint cadence, including load/stress testing and occasional manual testing
  • Import existing automation scripts and debug them to ensure proper functionality
  • Debug and correct issues in all created automation scripts, keeping them updated with product specs
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings for tests being executed or created
  • Generate reports on test coverage and execution
  • Enter product issues into the appropriate Azure board
  • Maintain all testing resources for script creation and execution
  • Coordinate with the Support organization on cross-team metrics
  • Interact with product teams and engineers to ensure proper test coverage and handle QA questions
  • Provide overall support to the Quality Assurance Department
  • Ensure software is defect-free and complies with company standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
