The PV Coordinator will provide administrative safety support to the Pharmacovigilance department, specifically in relation to submissions, tracking, and filing of safety reports. They will be responsible for the submission of safety reports, scanning, indexing, filing, and archiving, resolving simple problems with submission packs, assisting with various administrative safety reporting tasks, maintaining contact lists, supporting department initiatives, training staff on the safety reporting process, providing filing support for multiple projects, coordinating study files, and assisting with on-site audits.
