Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to the psychometrist and supervising neuropsychologist regarding patient progress
  • Partner with the neuropsychologist and psychometrist to send out timely self-report and collateral (e.g., caregiver, teacher, therapist) rating scales based on the neuropsychological test plan
  • Monitor completion status of assessments and send reminders to clients and related parties when needed
  • Upload completed rating scales and other test score reports to the patient's Google folder
  • Review and update testing reports in preparation for finalization by the neuropsychologist
  • Complete billing sheets, including case management and other neuropsych billing units
  • Other administrative work as needed
