Requirements

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Masters in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required
Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing (Pennsylvania)
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR a plus
Three years experience a plus
Complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam

Responsibilities

Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing capacity
Prescribe medication in an effort to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs and services on site
Provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, primarily adults and adolescents
