Requirements
- Licensed in Utah with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certification (do not accept FNPs)
- Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA number
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced in both medication management and therapy
- Prefer Child and Adolescent focused
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

The salary range is $169,000 - $254,000 a year for full-time W2 employment.

This is a hybrid role offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility, hiring for all Utah locations in the Greater Salt Lake City area including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.
What experience and qualifications are required for this PMHNP role?
Candidates must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP, be licensed in Utah with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (no FNPs), have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA, and be experienced in medication management and therapy for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
