Requirements
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certification (do not accept FNPs)
- MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
- Bi-lingual a +, Spanish speaking (preferred)

This is a hybrid role offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility, with positions available in all Utah locations in the Greater Salt Lake City area including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.

Candidates must be an experienced PMHNP licensed in Utah with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (no FNPs), have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA, and have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in medication management and therapy.
