- Befolgung standardisierter Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Protokolle zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards
- Identifizieren und Beheben von Problemen oder Fehlfunktionen während des Betriebs sowie Weiterleitung an relevantes Personal
- Teilnahme an Schulungen und Weiterbildungsprogrammen zur Verbesserung des Wissens und der Fähigkeiten; Schulung neuer Kollegen in Herstellungsprozessen
