Responsibilities

Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle (optische Inspektion, Passfähigkeitsprüfung)
Vorbereiten von Spritzgussteilen für den Fertigungsprozess
Herstellen von Gastauscher- und Wärmetauscherwickel an der Wickelmaschine
Montage der Wickel und Shuntkontrolle
Verkleben von Deckel und Boden
Durchflussmessung der Oxygenatoren am Prüfstand (3-Werte-Messung)
Durchführung der Zwischenkontrolle
Durchführung der Endkontrolle/Warenausgangskontrolle
Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte aufgrund der geltenden Arbeits-, Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen
Kennzeichnung und Trennung von Teilen, die nicht den Anforderungen entsprechen
Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei der Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten
