Responsibilities
- Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle (optische Inspektion, Passfähigkeitsprüfung)
- Vorbereiten von Spritzgussteilen für den Fertigungsprozess
- Herstellen von Gastauscher- und Wärmetauscherwickel an der Wickelmaschine
- Montage der Wickel und Shuntkontrolle
- Verkleben von Deckel und Boden
- Durchflussmessung der Oxygenatoren am Prüfstand (3-Werte-Messung)
- Durchführung der Zwischenkontrolle
- Durchführung der Endkontrolle/Warenausgangskontrolle
- Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte aufgrund der geltenden Arbeits-, Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen
- Kennzeichnung und Trennung von Teilen, die nicht den Anforderungen entsprechen
- Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei der Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten
