Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with proven Webflow experience building and maintaining marketing sites. Strong design skills in Figma are essential, along with a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component-based systems. Comfort with light HTML/CSS updates, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach are also required. Startup or high-growth company experience, collaboration with SEO and content teams, paid media landing page design, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing experience, and basic technical SEO knowledge are considered nice to haves.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will own the design, build, and ongoing evolution of PolicyMe's marketing website, ensuring a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-friendly experience. Responsibilities include designing in Figma, building pages in Webflow using existing CMS structures and reusable components, and creating new templates or modules as needed. The designer will collaborate closely with Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver projects aligned with brand, traffic, and lead generation goals. They will also maintain and QA the site, troubleshoot issues, ensure responsiveness and accessibility, enhance the design system with reusable patterns, conduct proactive UX research and A/B testing, and collaborate with external partners for complex builds. Additionally, the role involves supporting SEO and content goals through layout and component implementation, and experimenting with new ideas for interactive elements and AI-enabled features.
