Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design for SaaS, B2B, or technology companies
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of typography, layout, and interaction design
  • Experience building and evolving design systems
  • Familiarity or enthusiasm for designing AI-powered and agentic user experiences
  • Ability to balance high-level conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead design direction when needed
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and lean processes
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions
  • Willing to work onsite in San Francisco office at least 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product design: From concept to execution, create intuitive, elegant, and scalable UI/UX for web and mobile products
  • Visual and interaction systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints
  • Designing agentic products: Partner in the creation of intelligent, autonomous features that act on behalf of users to streamline recruiting operations
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate complex ideas into simple, effective designs
  • Feedback loops: Incorporate user insights and data to continuously improve the product experience
  • Thought leadership: Contribute to design culture and help shape Metaview’s visual identity
