Requirements
Candidates must possess 12+ years of software development experience, extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications, and a proven track record of building high-volume products at scale. They should have hands-on development experience with current open source tools and technologies including Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene, along with experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React. Furthermore, applicants should demonstrate drive and flexibility to roll up their sleeves and work hard (and have fun) in a fast-paced startup environment, and be strong mentors with a proven record of making their team better.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, the individual will collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to design and solve complex problems, own all aspects of feature implementation from design to production, mentor junior engineers, define and evangelize best practices, and review code. They will also break down complex problems into potential solutions, and contribute to the direction of the build, serving as an advisor to product leadership.
