Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Computer literacy
Willingness to be based at PT P&G Operations Indonesia in the Karawang Industrial Area, West Java

Supporting the operation as an area operator while following high standards of P&G Jakarta Plant's Foundation (safety, quality, stewardship, and citizenship) to deliver the perfect quality product to consumers and maintain high performance of production lines
Contributing to the daily management system
Leading one or more key projects aimed at eliminating losses in operations
