Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans
Basic computer and math skills
Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily, with constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
Ability to pass drug/alcohol test, background check, and random drug testing
Detail oriented
Team player willing to take on additional roles as needed

Responsibilities

Operate a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates
Prepare, set up, and adjust the press brake as required by product plans and production schedules
Ensure sufficient raw materials are available; measure and align materials to be used
Inspect products and evaluate finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications
Perform routine maintenance on the press brake and maintain a clean work area
Perform other related duties as assigned
