Responsibilities

  • Create and amend PPT documents using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Take full ownership of work quality and meet associated deadlines
  • Use various software applications effectively to complete tasks
  • Accurately estimate production time and coordinate with Workflow Coordinators to meet deadlines
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to attendance and time management
  • Maintain a professional and consultative manner in all client interactions
  • Provide clear and comprehensive handovers to incoming team members
  • Work with Senior Designers to create visually engaging and professional presentations, including preparing and formatting slides, applying client brand guidelines, and using advanced PowerPoint techniques (transitions, animations, multimedia)
  • Assist in delivering pitch decks, proposals, and other business presentations, contributing to overall quality and consistency, and creating simple visual assets when required
