Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking software, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of discretion, are essential.
This role involves managing the executive's calendar, emails, and travel arrangements, screening calls, and prioritizing tasks. Responsibilities also include overseeing the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties, handling guest communications and issue resolution, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, monitoring listings and pricing, tracking income and expenses, and assisting with research and project management.
