Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pallet wrapper machines that deliver top-notch quality, ensuring they are consistently clean and in optimal operational condition
  • Safeguard and enhance quality by preventing the accumulation of excess shrink wrap around guide wheels, strictly avoiding the use of box cutters on rollers
  • Conduct thorough end-of-shift wipe-downs of pallet wrappers and other equipment, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and functionality
  • Adhere strictly to safety work practices throughout the warehouse, contributing to a clean and orderly dock area that reflects our commitment to quality standards
  • Maintain a debris-free work area and actively assist loaders with unloading trailers and handling pallets, blankets, straps, and debris while upholding our dedication to quality assurance
  • Exhibit efficiency in extreme temperatures through a fast-paced warehouse ranging from 100+ degrees to below freezing, maintaining consistent quality performance under challenging conditions
  • Guarantee that pallets are prepared for delivery, maintaining exceptional product quality, and correctly positioning header labels for easy loader identification before initiating the wrapping process
