A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates must have prior professional sales experience with territory management skills, be highly organized with strong follow-up abilities, and possess a full understanding of the sales process including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory management. The ability to negotiate and close deals is essential. Candidates must be located within the assigned territory and have strong customer relationship skills. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, frequent bending, crouching, and twisting, extensive driving (up to 80%), occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and meeting the company's Motor Vehicle Record and Company Vehicle Fleet policies.
Manage assigned dealership portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals for all products. Assist dealers in maximizing program financial opportunities through customized action plans. Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies by providing coaching and training to maximize business opportunities. Collaborate with dealership stakeholders such as the Service Manager and Parts Manager to determine product screens, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing. Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers. Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and dealership network to support continuous improvement.
