Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatry care focused on child/adolescent patients
- Build and manage a caseload aligned with interests and expertise using the Care Matching model
- Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice as desired
- Collaborate with experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including Grand Rounds, consult hours, and training in therapies like TMS
- Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (optional, compensated opportunity)
