Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant
  • Should have worked on HCM, Finance and Supply chain modules
  • Strong expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) across Finance and Core HR modules
  • Proficient in BI/OTBI Reports, Dashboards, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Applications
  • Hands-on experience with web services, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL
  • Strong conceptual and practical understanding of HCM and Finance processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementing customizations
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Working experience with PCS (Process Cloud Service) & Application Composer deployed across core Finance and SCM modules
  • Broad understanding of DBCS (Database Cloud Service) & ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Application Tools such as FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integration), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems using Cloud Integration tools
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules to align with client specifications and business processes
  • Create and optimize reports and analytics using Oracle BI tools
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of technical deliverables
  • Provide technical training and support to client teams to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion applications
  • Document technical specifications, procedures, and user guides for reference
