Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP SCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules
- Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements, including Semiconductor Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, and Inventory Management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Responsibilities
- Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement
- Implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as inventory management, logistics, transportation, and manufacturing
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting
- Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Translate business needs into system configurations
- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with technical team members to develop necessary customizations, including reports, interfaces, and extensions
- Conduct system testing to ensure the solution meets business needs, including creating test scenarios and scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing any issues that arise
- Develop and deliver end-user training; create user guides and documentation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks; monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
