Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills, along with extensive program and delivery management skills and well-established networks within the Oracle ecosystem. They should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively at all levels and possess a proven track record of success in a consulting environment.
The Oracle ERP Senior Program-Account Lead will be responsible for shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders, overseeing the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions on large-scale transformation programs, identifying new business opportunities, developing Oracle proposals, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating relationship building activities, assuming accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins, and providing stewardship to subordinate managers through coaching and performance development.
