Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain lead consultants to join our growing team. This role involves selling and delivering Oracle transformation programs for key clients across the UKI and Western Europe. The Role
As an Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain lead consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivery: Taking a key delivery role in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, functioning as a functional consultant or workstream manager on large-scale transformation programs. This involves working across various consulting lifecycle phases, including:
- Requirements analysis
- Functional design
- Process design (scenario design, flow mapping)
- Fit-gap recommendations
- Deployment and business readiness support
- Sales & Shaping: Shaping and selling Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to address business challenges. This includes:
- Actively defining and creating Oracle ERP solutions.
- Identifying new and expansion business opportunities.
- Managing and supporting Oracle proposal development, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
- Client Advisory: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
- Collaboration: Coordinating relationship-building activities across teams on client engagements and collaborating with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery environment.
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate capability across many of the following areas:
- Experience: Established knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles within a services firm or large enterprise, either as a consultant or business process specialist.
- Implementation Track Record: At least two successful end-to-end Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organizations.
- Oracle Ecosystem: Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
- Client Engagement: Ability to work at a senior client-facing level within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
- Technical Expertise: Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications, with the ability to align functional areas with business requirements to support company vision.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with experience and comfort presenting to large groups and delivering engaging presentations.
- Teamwork: Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and actively participate in tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Mature interpersonal skills.
