Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with a strong focus on database performance tuning and management
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, installation, configuration, and administration
- Expertise in RMAN for backup and recovery solutions
- Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL programming
- Experience with Oracle performance tuning tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Oracle cloud services and migration strategies is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and performance
- Monitor database performance metrics and perform tuning and optimization when necessary
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and other tools
- Conduct database audits and implement security measures to safeguard data
- Collaborate with application teams to design and support database-related projects
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for complex database issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Document database configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and innovations, recommending enhancements to current systems
