Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues at the store when necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assign activities, and direct store operations, effectively communicating with the store crew and supervisors. They will assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and support the Store Manager in driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. Additionally, the Operations Manager will manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, and contribute to financial management, all while demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
