Responsibilities

The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead and manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, focusing on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will ensure all operational requirements are met for a smooth employee experience and address employee queries throughout the process. This role involves close collaboration with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients and their employees. Responsibilities also include continuously seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding experience, managing and maintaining employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality, and updating knowledge and content resources for team efficiency and information flow.
