- Licenciatura en Medicina (título homologado en España) con especialidad en nefrología (deseable vía MIR)
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Deseable experiencia en unidad de diálisis
- Persona agradable de trato, amable, comunicativa y con elevada orientación de servicio al paciente
Responsibilities
- Implementar políticas y directrices establecidas en cada momento por la compañía en materia asistencial y realizar el seguimiento de los indicadores de referencia clínicos establecidos
- Prescribir la modalidad de terapia renal sustitutiva más adecuada para cada paciente
- Registrar la prescripción, el tratamiento y los demás parámetros en los sistemas de información clínica establecidos en cada momento por la compañía
- Cumplimentar los requisitos documentales de la historia clínica de los pacientes en los expedientes habilitados a tal fin
- Cumplir con todos los procedimientos y normativa de aplicación vigentes en cada momento
- Elaborar, analizar y seguir los indicadores de acuerdo con la calidad asistencial contemplada tanto en el sistema de calidad como en el concierto y las Guías corporativas
- Velar por que el tratamiento asistencial al paciente se realice bajo los estándares corporativos
- Participar en las reuniones de calidad y revisión de indicadores asistenciales
- Evaluar la situación clínica de los pacientes, planificar el tratamiento y vigilar la evolución clínica de los mismos, elaborando para ello los informes de situación clínica que correspondan
