Requirements
- Zorg gerelateerd diploma op minimaal MBO-niveau 3, zoals Maatschappelijke Zorg (MMZ), Verzorgende IG, MBO-Verpleegkunde (MBO-V), of propedeuse van HBO-opleiding zoals Social Work, SJD of HBO-Verpleegkunde (HBO-V)

Responsibilities
- Werken als nachtdienstbegeleider in de flexpool op verschillende woonlocaties in Zaanstreek, Waterland en Kennemerland
- Draaien van slaapdiensten (oproepbaar) of wakkere nachten (actief aanwezig) afhankelijk van de behoefte
- Ondersteunen van cliënten 's nachts met de nodige zorg, reageren op zorgvragen of onrustige situaties
- Ondersteunen bij avondzorg indien dienst vroeg start
- Cliënten een gevoel van rust, veiligheid en nabijheid bieden met oplettendheid en zorgzame houding
- Werken met verschillende doelgroepen, zoals mensen met verstandelijke beperking of bijkomende gedrags- of zorgvragen
- Zelfstandig werken tijdens de nacht, maar deel uitmaken van een hecht team
