Candidates need 4+ years of experience in construction project management, 3+ years managing critical environment projects like data centers, labs, or hospitals, and MEP experience in ground-up construction. A Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline is also required.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
