Responsibilities

The Manager CDM Programming will manage a small team responsible for bioinformatics programming within clinical trials, overseeing projects from design to reporting. They will represent the department to clients, contribute to proposals and bids, organize teams, implement study strategies, and create/maintain programs for statistical report generation and validation. Additionally, the Manager will manage staff through interviewing, coaching, performance management, and separations, approve time records and expense reports, promote equal opportunity, assure adherence to scientific standards, and provide infrastructure support to the program.
