Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license in Connecticut, along with a relevant Master's degree from an accredited program and 1-3+ years of unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience depending on the license type. Additional requirements include the ability to practice independently, staying current with continuing education, and experience with technology.
