Responsibilities

Lead design and operation of scalable distributed systems for DevRev’s AI-native, cloud-native platform
Architect low-latency, real-time conversational experiences in a multi-tenant environment
Build and optimize data pipelines (message buses, async patterns) for data-intensive features, analytics, and "Airdrop" data sync
Drive technical excellence: distributed systems best practices, API-first design, CI/CD for high deployment velocity
Mentor engineers and solve complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges for "blazing-fast software"
Lead engineering design of scalable distributed systems solving ambiguity, driving clarity and taking ownership
Mentor engineers to solve and deliver complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges
Ensure operational excellence and build quality
Work with different stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success to learn customer and market demand, incorporate and innovate on the needs, and educate and enable teams to drive alignment and clarity
