Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/w/d), and experience in an general medical, internal medicine, or nephrology practice, along with experience in the associated practice organization. Strong social skills with a friendly and confident demeanor are also required, as well as responsibility and a willingness to work with and for people who come to us with their concerns.
The Medical Assistant will prepare and assist with all examinations conducted, perform laboratory tests and blood draws, handle administrative practice management tasks such as completing daily lists, GKV/PKV billing, and drafting doctor's letters, ensure hygiene and quality standards, implement practical and innovative process flows, and collaborate cooperatively and trustworthily within a multidisciplinary team.
