This is an 8-month co-op term.
This position requires mostly in-office time at the Burnaby site.
Applicants should be in a master’s program or 3rd/4th year of Biomedical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics (or similar), with 2 to 3 previous co-op terms advantageous. Experience in CAD design, fabrication techniques like 3D printing and machining, and understanding ASTM standards for drawings is beneficial.
The co-op will work with a team of engineers under the supervision of a senior engineer, engaging in cross-functional team activities, meetings, design reviews, and contributing to team decisions.
