Responsibilities
- 5S：保证收发货物料的库区符合5S标准。
- 车辆维护：每日的叉车车况检查和清洁，损坏时及时申报检修，保证叉车处于良好运行状态。
- 现场管理：依据每日收发货计划，将到厂车辆、人员、时间合理安排，保证安全、有效的工作。
- 收货：执行收货标准化工作流程，检查物料，卸货，送检，入库；保证收货的100%准确。
- 发货：执行发货标准化工作流程，备货，装车，出厂，保证发货的100%准确。
- 看板信息更新：出入库时要更新看板和料筐的标牌，保证实物与看板库存信息一致。
- 检验状态更新：物料送检后，依不同状态摘挂签。
- 生产用料检查：根据每日生产计划检查物料的可用状态和数量，缺料时通知计划部。
- 包装控制：控制工厂和供应商处空包装的流动和统计。
- 仓储：按照“先进先出”的原则出入库/存储/移动物料。
- 库存量控制：收发货/移动物料后要立即更新库存看板，监控存储量在最大/最小库存之间，超出范围后要通知计划部解决。
- 特殊物料的控制：及时发现呆滞、破损物料，实物挂签标示，通知相关部门解决并追踪结果，保证存储物料的良好状态。
- 盘点：定期进行工厂/供应商库存的实物盘点（日盘/月盘/年盘），查找差异原因，系统中录入盘点结果，确保负责区域库存精度达到95%以上。
- 客户服务：解答客户、供应商对于物料在收发、存储中的问题。
- 其它：根据主管安排其他工作事宜。
