Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/technical profession (desirable)
  • Professional experience in production/machine operation in series manufacturing
  • Willingness and ability to work in 7-day shift operation (rotational shifts)
  • Good understanding of quality/ basics of quality management
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Good learning ability, flexibility, and technical understanding
  • German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic
  • Good PC skills (MS-Office etc.)
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environment (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair) and with PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), loud noises, and hazardous/toxic materials

Responsibilities

  • Independent operation of the production plant for membrane manufacturing and further processing
  • Provision of all necessary materials
  • Regular cleaning and setup work on the machine
  • Quality checks during production to ensure quality standards
  • Readiness to work in 7-day shift operation
