Responsibilities

Spearhead the Harbour Foundations team within the Customer Experience (CX) Group
Build systems and tooling for personalized in-product customer experiences connected to internal products for go-to-market teams, powered by customer data, industry best practices, and AI
Develop and maintain the internal product Harbour to enable internal customers (support, onboarding, sales teams) effectively and efficiently
Leverage customer data and AI for a powerful, centralized, real-time support experience
Report to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Empower internal teams across Jobber through technology and features
Ensure foundations built support delightful software for home and field service companies
Collaborate to build extraordinary experiences and systems
