Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics, with professional certifications such as RICS or CFA being highly valued. A strong understanding of valuation methodologies including DCF, comparable analysis, and the residual method is required, along with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation software. Excellent analytical and communication skills are also essential.
The role involves conducting property valuations for various asset types using different approaches, preparing detailed valuation reports, and performing market research to analyze trends and comparable sales. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with valuation standards, supporting business development through proposals and presentations, mentoring junior analysts, overseeing projects in Western India, conducting client meetings, and coordinating with marketing teams to promote services.
