Provisionally licensed in Virginia pursuing full LPC licensure (approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling)
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour counseling program
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children with support)
Must reside within 45 minutes of the Midlothian, VA office location
Ability to work in the office during probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
Flexibility in work schedule (7am–10pm, 7 days/week)

Must live and be seeking licensure in Virginia (state where services are provided)

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face counseling sessions
Offer 25+ hours of clinical availability per week (for stipend eligibility)
Conduct client visits (25+ per week as part of full-time schedule)
Participate in 5 hours of administrative time weekly, including supervisory meetings
Treat clients for behavioral health needs, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children (with support)
Independently conduct intakes and diagnose per DSM-5 under supervision (based on experience)
