Responsibilities

Work within an interdisciplinary treatment team in kinderrevalidatie at Basalt Leiden (team 8B, for children and youth 4-18 years)
Observe, investigate, and treat children with diverse diagnoses (e.g., cerebrale parese, neurological disorders, spierziekten like Duchenne, psychomotore retardatie, DCD)
Address the needs of the child and parents regarding speech and language development, communication, eating and drinking to increase the child's self-reliance
Guide and support parents during the treatment period
Collaborate closely with parents, the child's environment, revalidatiearts, and external partners like Mytylschool De Thermiek
Work at various dependances and integrate into the interdisciplinary team's general tasks
Contribute to positive health perspectives, shared decision-making, and innovative eHealth treatments
