- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in Wechselschicht (Früh- und Spätschicht im wöchentlichen Wechsel)
- Körperliche Fitness für gehende oder stehende Tätigkeiten
- Offenheit für verschiedene Einsatzbereiche innerhalb der Logistik, Bereitschaft anzupacken und sich in anderen Teams auszubilden
- Teamplayer, aufgeschlossen gegenüber Vielfalt und Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft
- Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise nach Vorgaben, reflektiert und bereit, um Hilfe zu bitten

Responsibilities
- Artikel aus dem Sortiment mit mobilen Handscannern bearbeiten: Neuwaren im Wareneingang erfassen, Artikel einlagern, Bestellungen verpacken und Versandware in LKW verladen
- Sich in verschiedenen Prozessen ausbilden lassen und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten im logistischen Ablauf übernehmen
- Als Vorbild gegenüber Kolleg*innen auftreten, Aufgaben effektiv und mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein erledigen
- Enges Team mit Kolleg*innen und Führungskräften bilden, operative Tagesziele erreichen und Prozesse verbessern
- Sich mit dem Führungsleitbild identifizieren, Werte leben und als Kompass im Daily-Business nutzen
- Persönlich weiterentwickeln (von Spezialist über Experte bis Führungsrolle)
