Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute B2B lifecycle marketing strategies to activate, engage, retain, and grow healthcare facility customers, leveraging internal data to uncover engagement opportunities and develop segmentation and targeting strategies. This role involves owning and optimizing lifecycle communications across various channels, partnering with Sales and Account Management to identify post-sale nurturing opportunities, designing segmented marketing journeys, and establishing lifecycle KPIs to drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and experimentation.
