Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service at Thriveworks

Compensation is up to $158,500, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. There's also a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

The role involves a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Framingham, MA.

Candidates must be actively licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) with an unrestricted license in Massachusetts, where they must live. Ideal candidates are willing to see 25+ sessions per week, work as behavioral health generalists open to couples/children, value autonomy while enjoying team collaboration, and have strong character with integrity.
