Active Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of California
Thrives in a collaborative team environment and establishes positive relationships with other medical professionals
Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of various social determinants of health
Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team, which may include licensed therapists as well as trainees, and assist with program development
