- Hold one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Be licensed and living in California
- Have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma)
- Be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
- Willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
- Strong character traits including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and commitment to quality care
- Enjoy being part of a team and working together for professional development
Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, CA
- Meet with clients individually, as couples, or as families to assess emotional and psychological needs
- Develop treatment plans for clients
- Specialize in counseling couples and families (preferred, subject to client demand)
