Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung der Prozess- und Produktqualität gemäß internen, gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Qualifizierung und Validierung von Produktionsprozessen, Anlagen sowie Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messmitteln
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams Prozesskontrolle
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Qualitäts- und Prozessüberwachungsmethoden
- Erstellung von Trendanalysen, Durchführung von internen und externen Audits sowie Unterstützung bei FMEAs
- Schulung des Produktionspersonals in Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards
- Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Verantwortung für Budget und Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich
