Requirements

Learn fast and adapt quickly to new systems and processes

Responsibilities

Register supplier invoices
Investigate invoice disputes daily
Prepare and run reports in Excel (daily, weekly, monthly) and resolve open queries
Reconcile supplier statements and manage disputes
Archive and file documents in line with country legislation
Assist with other accounting tasks as required
