Responsibilities

Atuar na análise, desenvolvimento e evolução de sistemas, incluindo a criação de testes automatizados
Participar da definição e detalhamento de arquiteturas técnicas em conjunto com os arquitetos de solução, assegurando padrões e boas práticas corporativas
Participação da definição e detalhamento de arquitetura funcional com lideranças de produtos
Colaborar com o time de desenvolvimento na implantação e estabilização, realizando ajustes e hotfixes sempre que necessário
Conduzir post-mortems, propondo melhorias preventivas para garantir estabilidade e performance das aplicações
Criar health checks periódicos de infraestrutura e aplicações, promovendo uma atuação proativa e orientada a confiabilidade
Desenvolver automação e rotinas de self-healing, aplicando princípios de SRE e FinOps para otimizar custos, desempenho e disponibilidade
Implementar logs, métricas e traces integrados ao OpenTelemetry, fortalecendo a observabilidade e o monitoramento ponta a ponta
Realizar análises preditivas de performance, testes de estresse e aplica Chaos Engineering para validar a resiliência das soluções
